This wonderful Mclean family is looking for an active, educated and fun-loving Family Assistant to help care for their two children ages 5 years and 7 years and to help keep their household running smoothly. Ideal candidate should have a clean driving record, be able to swim, help with homework and have a valid passport. The schedule is Monday – Friday 11am to 7pm. TOP salary offered! • Possesses significant experience with infants, toddlers, and school aged children
• Comfortable taking full charge of the kids, working as a team with parents, and in a family assistant role as required
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proactive and able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have a US passport and the flexibility to travel
• Confidentiality and discretion is always priority number one
• A high level of discretion and experience working with high profile/high net worth families
• Comfortable coordinating with other staff as a team
