Description

Wonderful 2nd-time parents are looking to hire a newborn care specialist to help provide daytime care for their baby immediately upon return from the hospital in late October for one month. Their ideal candidate will have some postpartum doula experience or is simply open to supporting the mother along with the new baby during those first few weeks.

Qualifications

⭐️At least 3-years of newborn care experience
⭐️Experience working as a newborn care specialist with at least 5 families
⭐️Experience and knowledge around sleep conditioning, establishing routines, feeding routines, and developmental milestones
⭐️Must be COVID-vaccinated
⭐️Must be local to the DC area as this position is for daytime care
