These busy dual-career WFH parents in Alexandria, VA are looking to hire an experienced, professional, and reliable nanny for their sweet 15-month-old little girl and baby due. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong communicator with a team mentality who is skilled at supporting little ones in reaching early milestones, and is unintimidated by two under two.

The family is also looking for someone who has experience in helping toddlers during this period of transition (welcoming a new sibling). Their hope is for a nanny to build a relationship with their toddler prior to the baby’s birth. After baby arrives, nanny and parents will trade off baby/toddler duties for several months until the nanny assumes full care for both children.
