Second time parents (with a toddler at home) are expecting identical twins this July and are looking to hire an experienced NCS who specializes in working with Twins to join their care team for 3-4 months 24/7. Mom knows she will have her hands full and is looking to work with someone who can support her in achieving her goals and caring for the infants. The ideal candidate for this role will help the parents establish solid age-appropriate feeding and sleeping routines for twins, is a team player with strong communication skills, and someone who knows when to step up and when to step back.
At least 5 years of professional newborn care experience (verifiable with references - must include 24/7 references)
A strong track record of working with Twins with verifiable references
Must be legal to work in the US
Comfortable around 2 small dogs
Excellent communication skills
Must have T-dap & be Covid-vaccinated
