A lovely family in McLean, VA is looking for an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to provide daytime care (7am-7pm) for their newborn from mid December through the end of January, and over the holidays. The ideal candidate for the role is someone who is gentle, loving and warm, who is comfortable working closely with parents. Open communication is important to this family, who appreciates an NCS that is able to talk through their strategies to help/support the family.

⭐️At least 3 years of newborn care experience
⭐️Experience working as a newborn care specialist with at least 5 families
⭐️Experience and knowledge around sleep conditioning, establishing routines, feeding routines, and developmental milestones
⭐️ Must be legal to work in the US
⭐️ Must be willing to work during the holidays
⭐️ Excellent communication and organizational skills
⭐️Must to local to the DC area or have local accommodations
