The ideal candidate for this position loves working with babies, but is also experienced in the juggling act that comes with also having preschool and young school age kiddos. This is an active, loving, and playful home that functions beautifully around strong and open communication. Despite their busy work schedules, these parents make time to debrief with you before the end of your day so that you feel supported and set up for success.

⭐️ At least 5 years of professional nannying experience⁣
⭐️ Must be legal to work in the US
⭐️ Must be local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA)
⭐️ Experience and knowledge around developmental milestones and establishing feeding and sleep routines
⭐️ Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car⁣ to get to work
⭐️ Must be COVID-Vaccinated & Boosted if eligible
