This loving, warm, laidback but energetic family is relocating from Brooklyn to Arlington, VA and is looking to hire an independent and proactive Family Assistant for their 6 and 4-year-old. This is a job where high-fives will abound - you are a team. Both parents work, so while they’ll be in charge of getting the kiddos off to school in the mornings, you will handle errands and meal prep before afternoon pickups.
There is no micromanaging in this position - the goal is to hire someone who is self-sufficient, calm, and capable who will love their children and support their social and emotional development.
