- Experience working as a newborn care specialist or night nanny for at least 5 families
- Experience and knowledge around sleep conditioning, establishing routines, feeding routines, and developmental milestones
- Must be legal to work in the US
- Excellent communication skills
- COVID-Vaccinated + Boosted (if eligible) + flu shot
